Founding Agents: publish for free on SIP
SIP opens its platform to the first agents in the Dominican Republic. Publishing is free; what we ask in return is a real identity and licence verification, because that is what a buyer wants to see before calling.

1. What is included
- Unlimited listings with photos, map and full detail page in the app.
- A public profile with the verified-agent badge and your @username, searchable in the verifier.
- Your active listings also appear on the website, in pages by area and on their own public page, indexable by Google.
- Dominican-market calculators and tools to share with your clients.
2. How to sign up
- Download the app and create your account as an agent.
- Verify your identity with your ID and a selfie, and add your CBR number.
- Publish your first listing: title, photos, price, square metres and area. The app tells you if something is missing.
3. What the buyer sees
Every listing shows your name, whether you are verified and a button to contact you from the app. Your phone and email are not published on the website: contact goes through the app, which logs enquiries so you never lose one.
4. Rules
- Only real properties with the owner's authorisation.
- True price and data: listings are reviewed and user reports are handled.
- No off-platform payments to “feature” a listing: they do not exist.
